My ear holes are weird. I splurged recently on Apple's AirPods Pro and although they do fit me mostly, they do have the tendency to fall out. I changed the tips from M to L size, but they are still falling out. May have to try the smaller ones, but I have not ever had that problem with the non-pro AirPods (2nd or 3rd gen).
