I wonder how the lay offs in Tech in the USA are supposed to be interpreted here in Europe. As far as I can tell, the economy (I can speak somewhat about #Germany and #Finland from the perspective of normal person's experience) seems to be doing badly and that means restructurings and lay-offs. But to me the IT job market seems pretty healthy still, overall. Developers are needed seemingly everywhere. Am I wrong?
