Since I just moved here: Oulu's main library is closed until the end of 2025 (according to this: https://outi.finna.fi/OrganisationInfo/#86730). What would be a good library in the city center if you want to work on your own laptop tomorrow? Any tips, fellow Oululainen?
P.S.: I otherwise would have assumed the university library would be good about I need to get a couple of things from the city center tomorrow, so going by bus in the opposite direction is not really an option.
