I am surely also somebody falling at times for the fatalist trap - I think it’s just something that’s “in the water” in the here and now - but maybe, if we look at it a little more, it’s a question of degree and/or scope: Maybe sweeping change is not possible (because you/I/we lack leverage), but maybe you/I/we can push your/my/our thing a milimeter to the left (instead of a kilometer) , if you/I/we tried (metaphorically speaking)? https://mastodon.social/@grimalkina/115383987403048385
