Sooo… Coolify doesn’t support zero downtime deployments when using docker-compose (https://coolify.io/docs/knowledge-base/rolling-updates). Uggghh. And it seems like a lot of alternatives don’t either? You’re supposed to use their orchestration tooling and even then… Dokku can’t do it (doesn’t support compose). Dokploy can’t do it (https://github.com/Dokploy/dokploy/issues/617). CapRover also can’t do it (https://caprover.com/docs/docker-compose.html).
